Our Staff

The Ear, Nose & Throat Center of Conway was established in 2001 and is Conway's premier practice for all problems in the field of otolaryngology, no matter how simple or complicated. Our physicians include Dr. Jeffrey Kirsch and Dr. Patrick Fraley and our audiologist is Kathleen Phillips. Together we are committed to bringing the highest quality of care to the people of Conway and its surrounding areas. Both physicians and our audiologist are board-certified and have years of experience. We strive to remain up-to-date with the latest in medical information and technology in order to provide the best possible care to our patients.

The Ear, Nose & Throat Center of Conway accepts all major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. Both physicians are accepting new patients.


Jeffrey P. Kirsch, MD, FACS

Dr. Kirsch is originally from West Central Illinois. He earned a B.S. in Psychology with departmental distinction from the University of Illinois. He then attended Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. Thereafter, he undertook two years of preliminary general surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas before returing to Tulane for an additional four years of residency in otolaryngology - head and neck surgery. After seven years practicing with Park Central Institute in St. Louis, Missouri, he relocated to Conway in 2001, at which time he founded the Ear, Nose & Throat Center of Conway.

Dr. Kirsch is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He has served as a past president of the Arkansas Society of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at UAMS. He has a large diverse otolaryngology practice and sees a variety of otolaryngology conditions, including ear disorders, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, head and neck cancer, sleep apnea, and voice disorders. He has a special interest in nasal and sinus conditions. He is affiliated with Baptist Health - Conway and Conway Regional Medical Center.

Patrick L. Fraley, MD

Dr. Fraley graduated from North Pulaski High School in Jacksonville, Arkansas. He then attended Hendrix College, where he received a B.A. in Chemistry and graduated summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA. He went on to medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he again graduated at the top of his class and was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical honor society. He completed his internship and residency in Otolaryngology at Washington University in St. Louis. While there, he trained primarily at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and St. Louis Children's Hospital, both nationally recognized for excellence. After residency, he relocated back to central Arkansas and joined the Ear, Nose & Throat Center of Conway in 2009.

Dr. Fraley is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He practices all aspects of otolaryngology including pediatrics, ear and hearing disorders, voice disorders, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, salivary gland disorders, and head and neck cancer. He has a particular interest in treatment of sinus and nasal disorders. He is affiliated with Baptist Health - Conway and Conway Regional Medical Center.

Kathleen E. Phillips, MS, CCC-A

Kathleen Phillips is a licensed Arkansas audiologist. She received her Master of Science degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2002. She maintains her Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Ms. Phillips has been associated with the Ear, Nose & Throat Center of Conway since 2002. Her specialties include audiometric testing of all ages, including newborns, and the fitting and dispensing of hearing aids.
