Both Dr. Fraley and Dr. Kirsch offer telemedicine services to patients throughout Arkansas. Telemedicine is the use of videocalls between a patient and medical provider to provide care. This not only offers greater convenience to patients, but can provide a greater level of safety for everyone when the patient is acutely ill. By allowing a full history and visual exam, most conditions can be diagnosed and treated with telemedicine.
Insurance companies cover telemedicine similar to standard appointments, with some even waiving copays or deductibles.
You will need a smart phone, laptop, or other device that allows video calls as well as a good internet connection. You do not need to download a specific app.
Our office will text or email you a link to that you will click near the time of your appointment. Alternatively, you can find the links below to both Dr. Fraley and Dr. Kirsch.
If you have a specific item that needs a closer look, it helps to take a picture. The photos can be sent during your appointment. For example, a photo of your tonsils may be easier to see than looking on the video.
If you are found to have a condition that needs an urgent face-to-face appointment, this can be scheduled at the completion of your telemedicine appointment.
New patients will still need to fill out our new patient paperwork. This can be done through our Patient Portal and intake forms. You may also pick up and drop off the forms at our office prior to your appointment. If you have any questions about the new patient paperwork, please call us at 501-932-7600.
